Use ACC360 carefully during controlled beta. Start with sample or low-sensitivity records while early testing is in progress.

Safe Records to Use During Beta

Sample laptop or computer
Sample home appliance (refrigerator, washer)
Sample vehicle maintenance log
Generic receipt (home improvement store)
Simple warranty reminder for a TV or appliance
Church projector or sound equipment example
Tool repair example (drill, saw, ladder)
Home office equipment example (monitor, keyboard)
Fictional asset names for workflow testing

Do Not Upload During Beta

Passwords or login credentials
Bank account numbers or routing numbers
Full credit card numbers or CVV codes
Tax IDs or Social Security numbers
Medical records or health information
Student records or educational documents
Private legal documents or contracts
Confidential business agreements
Highly sensitive receipts (medical bills, legal invoices)
Anything you are not comfortable testing with in a new app

What Beta Means

1ACC360 is being tested with a controlled group of up to 200 interest participants.
2Billing is not active — testing is free.
3Your feedback is requested and helps improve the product.
4Some features are still being hardened before broad public release.
5Broad public launch has not been declared.
6Testers should use caution with sensitive data.
7Application-level user scoping is active. Platform-level data isolation is awaiting platform confirmation.

Each tester should decide individually whether they want to participate and should use sample or non-sensitive records during the controlled beta.
